Around 10:30 AM on Mother’s Day, Little Crafter exclaimed, “I can’t wait until Father’s Day!” That’s right, I didn’t even get my full day in before he was already looking ahead to how we’re going to celebrate Daddy. With just a little more than a month until June 21, it actually is time to start thinking about how to honor the special men in our lives. For some reason, men are notoriously harder to choose gifts for than women, so I wanted to help out by putting together this collection of 15 fun, useful, and personal DIY Father’s Day Gifts…here’s hoping that one of them will be the perfect idea for your main squeeze.

My husband made a coupon book for his mom for Mother’s Day; that’s the type of gift that really works for all ages and is super cheap (free, even) to boot. Love it.
Also, I’m super interested in that BBQ sauce! I’ll have to check the recipe to see if it’s acidic enough to can.
Thanks for the ideas… and I feel you on the abbreviated Mother’s Day love. My youngest never completed his school-led gift nor ever wished me a happy day. Oh well. Still love him anyway.
