In our house, we have a not-so-secret obsession. We are huge fans of Hallmark movies. We especially love the Countdown to Christmas, but we also enjoy the movies for every other season. Even the boys have gotten into watching them…something for which I know their future wives are going to thank me! With a slew of new Hallmark Christmas movies right around the corner, I thought it would be fun to make up some fun DIY t-shirts to celebrate.
“I’d rather be watching a Hallmark movie,” can be worn by any fan of any age or size, and so can the “official Hallmark movie watching shirt.” But I think my favorite design is the one I created for my husband and the boys…”Real men watch Hallmark movies.” There’s no shame in enjoying a good, clean love story, right, guys?
To create your own t-shirts (or mugs or other DIY Hallmark fan crafts), the first step is to download the free cut files by clicking the link below.

Each of the designs is available in three file types: .jpg, .png, & .svg. If you’re using a Cricut like me, just open the .svg file in Cricut Design Space, size it, and set it to cut from Everyday Iron On Heat Transfer Vinyl. Make sure you mirror the design and load the vinyl with the shiny side down (touching the mat). Peel off everything that isn’t part of the design, then use the Cricut Heat Guide to help you adhere it to your shirt with the Cricut EasyPress or other heat tool. You can use any type, size, and color shirt you like to totally personalize your project!
Or, you can cut the design from Premium Vinyl and use it to personalize a coffee mug, a notebook, a wall sign, or anything else you like. Who in your life “needs” something like this to celebrate their Hallmark movie obsession?
