Patriotic Star Wands
Materials
- red, white, and blue felt
- wooden dowel (1/4” x 12")
- assorted ribbon
- glue
- scissors
Instructions
- Cut your felt into two large stars, one medium star, and one small star.
- Glue the dowel in between the two large stars.
- Glue the medium and small stars on top.
- Cut your ribbon into lengths between 16-20".
- Tie ribbon to the dowel.
