Easy & Delicious Breakfast Fried Rice

Ingredients

cooked Jasmine rice

HemisFares Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1
egg
1/2

diced pre-cooked ham

tsp
soy sauce
1-2
T
sesame oil

salt
Instructions
Heat 1 Tablespoon HemisFares Extra Virgin Olive Oil in wok or large skillet.
Place cooked rice in the wok/pan and stir for 3-4 minutes.
Push rice to one side of the wok and add 1 Tablespoon olive oil to the other side.
Scramble egg in a small bowl. Add ham and egg to the wok where the oil is.
Stir until egg is cooked. Mix ham and egg in with rice.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt to taste. Stir and heat for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve immediately.
