Easy & Delicious Breakfast Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked Jasmine rice
  • 2 T HemisFares Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c diced pre-cooked ham
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1-2 T sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Heat 1 Tablespoon HemisFares Extra Virgin Olive Oil in wok or large skillet.
  • Place cooked rice in the wok/pan and stir for 3-4 minutes.
  • Push rice to one side of the wok and add 1 Tablespoon olive oil to the other side.
  • Scramble egg in a small bowl. Add ham and egg to the wok where the oil is.
  • Stir until egg is cooked. Mix ham and egg in with rice.
  • Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt to taste. Stir and heat for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
