Quick & Easy Creamy Pasta Salad

  • 1 package {12 oz} HemisFaires Orecchiette
  • 6 T Ranch dressing
  • 3 T mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup fully cooked ham diced
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese diced
  • salt and pepper


  • Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water, then drain again.
  • Place cooked pasta in a large bowl and stir in bell pepper, peas, ham, and cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise and Ranch dressing and mix well.
  • Add this mixture to the larger bowl and stir until pasta salad is thoroughly coated.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate to chill before serving.
