Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until a soft dough forms.
Since the size of bananas can vary, you may need to add either a bit of extra flour or water to make the dough a good consistency. If the dough seems dry and crumbly, add 1-2 T water. If it's sticky and has a batter-like consistency, add more flour until it feels like a dough.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until it's 1/4" thick.
Use the cookie cutter of your choice to cut out the biscuts. A bone shape would be awesome, but since we didn't have one, we just used a scalloped circle. We got 36 biscuts of this size. Larger cookie cutters will yield less biscuts.
Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
