Scrappy Sunflower
Equipment
- scissors
- hot glue gun
Materials
- yellow fabric
- brown/black fabric
- canning jar lid with ring
- hot glue sticks
- Poly-Fil
- wooden dowel
- (optional) green floral tape
Instructions
- Cut your yellow fabric into about 20 strips that are 6 1/2” long and 1” wide.
- Tie strips around the ring until it’s completely covered.
- Place a small amount of Poly-Fil on top of the lid center. Cover the lid center with black fabric and hot glue in place.
- Snap the lid center inside the ring.
- Cover a wooden dowel with floral tape (or paint).
- Glue the dowel to the back of the flower.
