Friends, you all know I’m no chef! Artist, yes. Letter-er, absolutely. Author? You bet. But when it comes to cooking, I’m all about whatever is easy, quick, and inexpensive. I don’t enjoy whipping things up from total scratch or spending all day in the kitchen. That’s why I love things I can make in the slow cooker. Just recently, I started using a new recipe for chili that our neighbors shared with us. I can’t take any credit for it…send all your kudos to Lisa and/or Wade, because they came up with a delicious recipe that’s so easy even I can do it. It’s the perfect blend of spicy and sweet and you’re going to love the way it warms you up this winter!
Sweet & Spicy Chili Recipe

- Add ground beef, chili starter, diced tomatoes, brown sugar, and bay leaves to your slow cooker.
