Gold Speckle Bracelet: Martha Stewart Decoupage
This post is part of a campaign with Blueprint Social and Plaid Crafts.
Hey, friends! I’ve got some exciting news for you today! Did you know that Martha Stewart has a new line of Decoupage products?! It’s true! Decoupage, papers, wood stain, and all kinds of other great things you can use for any number of different projects. Recently, I was thrilled to receive a box of happy mail filled with some of these Martha Stewart Decoupage goodies to craft with and review {I love my job!}. Today, I’m going to share with you the first project I made with them; a Gold Speckle Bracelet!
Materials:
– wooden bangle
– Martha Stewart wood stain
– Martha Stewart Decoupage: Multi-Surface Durable Gloss Finish
– Martha Stewart Decoupage Paper
– paintbrush
Step 1: Stain your bangle and let it dry completely.
Step 2: Cut strips of decoupage paper the same width as your bangle. Apply decoupage directly onto the wood, then smooth the paper on top.
Step 3: Brush a final coat of decoupage over the entire bracelet.
Once it’s dry, it’s ready to wear with your favorite outfits!
What do you think?
