What I’m Wearing: #BloggyCon13
Hey, friends! As many of you know, I am super duper excited about this weekend…I’m headed to my first ever in-person blog conference! I’ve been counting down for months now, and I can’t wait to meet some of my fabulous friends in real life {as well as learning more about blogging and social media, of course!}. I’m supposed to be packing my suitcase as we speak, but before I do, I thought I’d give you a little sneak peek at what I’m going to be wearing for the event!
Friday Night Meet & Greet
This is a fun outdoor party where we get to meet the other participants. The forecast for Ohio this weekend is a sunny but chilly one, so I’m going to be wearing some layers. I’m also going to swap out the shoes I had in this photo for some knee-high heeled boots.
Dress: High-Low Maxi from Tailor & Stylist
Sweater: Target
Sequined Scarf: New York & Co
Watch: Target
Belt: Kohl’s
Saturday Sessions
I’m going to be speaking Saturday morning about Building & Engaging Your Community! This is the outfit I chose for that, as well as the other sessions I’ll be attending throughout the day! I recently saw a lot of great photos on Pinterest where people had layered a sequined tank over a collared shirt and added a blazer on top, so I thought I’d try and create that look with things I had in my closet.

Saturday Night Dinner
The girls and I are planning on dinner out together; we’re not sure yet whether we’ll just grab something within Cedar Point or if we’re going to head someplace closeby for fancier fare. Just in case, I packed this outfit.
Sleveless Maxi: Old Navy
Chevron Scarf: Pick Your Plum
Grey Cardigan: Target
Bracelet: made by me
Sunday Sessions
So, I confess, I never end up packing “just” what I need. I always pack extra things…just in case. So, somehow I ended up with two more outfits and one more day. I’m not sure which of these I might end up wearing for the Sunday sessions and the trip home, but here they are…help me pick!

Hugs & Glitter,
I vote the Polka Dot Chambray shirt for Sunday. And Saturday? I am in LOVE with that outfit!!! Black and pink is a stunning color combo!
I agree with Heather. I love the Polka Dot Chambray shirt. I say go with whatever will be most comfortable, lol. They’re both super cute, so you’ll be good no matter which one you pick. 🙂
Hope you have a wonderful trip.
Love them all. Pink and black is my favorite.
Have fun. 😉
OO…I love the polka dot and red combo. Very empowering! 🙂 I’ll see you soon as I’ll be at BloggyCon too. 🙂 I’m also planning to come to your session.
