Lettercise: Lettering the Alphabet Together
Friends, something exciting is coming! For the month of June, I have teamed up with a talented group of fellow lettering artists on Instagram to bring you a brand new challenge called Lettercise! It’s like exercise, but for our lettering…you won’t have to break a sweat. Here’s how to play along.
Each day, we’ll be focusing on a new letter of the alphabet. One of the hostesses will post an image sharing 10 different ways to write that letter on the @lettercise account. To join in the fun, write your own versions each day and share using the hashtag #lettercise.
It’s going to be tons of fun and totally inspiring to see what everyone creates! Feel free to do your lettering digitally, with pen and paper, or using any medium you like. You can even think outside the box and create letters using things you find around the house and more.
Meanwhile, here on the blog, I’m going to be doing a special post series to go along with the lettercise calendar. Each day, I’ll be offering free practice pages for the daily letter. Stop by to print them out or save them to your iPad Pro, then you can use them in any way you like.
