It was the first time she’d ever tried wire wrapping, and she did a great job on the green briolettes! I also like how she added the small brown seed beads to the marbled pair.
I was really excited to have Laura S., a One Artsy Mama reader, join us for the first time! She realized she lived close enough to be a part of our group and I was thrilled to met her. She had never done any kind of bead work before, but look how great her earrings turned out!
My mom made a pair of turquoise star earrings like mine, and she had also brought these gorgeous oval lucite beads with her. She asked us what we thought she should do with them, and we all voted for a necklace like this:
