Metal Stamped Golf Ball Markers

Metal Stamped Golf Ball MarkersThanks to ImpressArt for sponsoring today’s post. All opinions are honestly my own.

This past summer, our family practically lived on the golf course and at the driving range. Both of our boys discovered a real love for the sport and worked on their skills in Junior Golf Clinic as well as on their own every day. When I saw these new Golf Marker Project Kits from ImpressArt, I knew they’d make the perfect stocking stuffers for my Junior Golfers.

Here’s how you can create your own for the golf lover in your life.

Materials:

ImpressArt Golf Marker Project Kit (includes 2 aluminum golf markers and 1 pouch)

Steel Stamping Block

Metal Stamping Hammer

Alphabet Stamps

Stamp Straight Tape

Stamp Enamel

Soft Cloth or Paper Towel

Step 1: Tape your ball marker to the steel stamping block.

This will hold it securely in place and keep it from moving while you work.

Step 2: Align each letter stamp where you want the impression to go and give it a firm tap with your hammer.

One solid tap is ideal. I purposely offset my letters so I didn’t have to worry about getting them in straight lines. However, if you prefer a different look, you can use the ImpressArt stamp guides to help you line up your letters.

Step 3: Fill in the stamped areas with stamp enamel.

Wipe off the excess with a soft cloth.

That’s all there is to it! Now your ball markers are ready to store in the cute little keyring pouch and use on the green! I can’t wait for the boys to open these on Christmas morning…especially since one of them is also getting the “dream putter” he’s been asking for since July.

These would also make a great gift idea for Father’s Day, birthdays, or even just a “thinking of you” gift any time. What are some of your favorite golf themed gifts? Share your ideas with us in the Amy Latta & Friends Facebook group! See you there.
