A Taste of Home Giveaway

I’ve said it a million times, so I’m sure you already know that my favorite things about blogging are the inspiration I gain from all of you and the friendships I’ve formed along the way.  But do you know what my third favorite thing is? 

I absolutely love all the fun things I get to preview, review, and give away!  I get so excited whenever I get something to “test drive” and tell you all about…because, let’s face it, free stuff is awesome, plus the things themselves are just fab-u-lous!

I got excited right when I saw the cover…how cute are those candy corn cookies?  And Little Crafter and I are SO going to make those monster eyeball cake balls!!  Oh. my. word.
Flipping through, I got even more excited, because not only are there a ton of yummy recipes, which I expected, there are also costume ideas, craft ideas, and a bunch of fun ways to play with your food.
 
Of course, I wasn’t the only one excited about a new magazine in the house.  This kid…aah!  I just love him to pieces.  How adorable is this?
 

Each member of our family has his or her own favorite feature.  LC is all about the “wiggly pumpkins” made with jello and pudding mix plus some other goodies, and the Pumpkin Sloppy Joes.
 

Hubby was intrigued by the Oven Fries recipe {which looks absolutely delicious and will most definitely be attempted in the very near future in the artsy house}.
 
My favorite is the adorable idea they have for DIY hot cider mugs…so fall-y, and crafty looking; you’ll love them.

And, of course, we all mutually loved the Snack-O-Lantern cupcakes, which we actually made already {along with some monsters too}.  If you missed that post, be sure to stop by and see how cute they all are!
