Iced Caramel Mocha with International Delight

Friends, if you know one thing about this Artsy Mama, it’s that I love me my iced coffee! Every single day, as I’m sitting at my computer composing posts, editing photos, interacting on social media, and doing all the other things this job requires, I’m equipped with a big-girl sippy cup full of iced yumminess. You all are quite familiar with my coffee shop habits; you know where I go, what drinks I buy, and sometimes even what I wear. But today, I’m going to let you in on what I do at home. More often than not, I work from the “office” in our house. Which works pretty well since it means I can stay in my pajamas, I save money, and I don’t have to drive anywhere. Although sometimes I do occasionally switch it up, this is my current drink of choice:

Caramel or Mocha. It’s the age old question. See, I don’t just like iced coffee, I like a little bit of coffee with my flavoring, if you know what I’m saying. But sometimes it can be so hard choosing which flavor I want. Because on one hand, there’s caramel.

It’s sweet. It’s creamy. It’s oh-so-caramel-y. Which means it’s oh-so-delicious. I don’t think you can go wrong with caramel. Ever. But then on the other hand, there’s chocolate.

It’s rich. It’s chocolate-y delicious. And yet, sometimes it can be just a little bit bitter all by itself.

And so, guess what I’ve decided. Not to decide! When someone asks me caramel or mocha, I say…BOTH!

Now everybody wins! Caramel and Mocha are both fabulous on their own, but together you can’t beat them!

So, are you ready for the official recipe for my most favorite at-home iced coffee drink this summer?

Ingredients:

– 1/2 C International Delight Caramel Macchiato Iced Coffee

– 1/2 C International Delight Mocha Iced Coffee

Pour over ice. Stir. Enjoy.

If you like to drink more than 8 oz at a time {like I do}, just double it! If you like it a little sweeter, add a little more caramel and a little less mocha.

Whew, what a complicated recipe, right?! I know you can do it.
