How to Make Mini Bunny Donuts

These sweet little treats are quick and so easy to make. Gather the materials below, then you’ll be able to assemble your mini bunnies in just a few minutes.

Materials:

  • Mini Powdered Donuts
  • Round pastel candies (I used marshmallow flavored m&ms)
  • Bunny ear picks

Pro tip: You can easily create your own picks by cutting ear shapes from cardstock and taping/gluing them to toothpicks. Or, the even easier option is to order pre-made picks!

Step 1: Insert a pick through the top of the mini donut.

Step 2: Place a candy in the center hole.

Tips & Tricks

  • In place of the round candies, you could also use miniature marshmallows for the tails.
  • Use green food coloring to dye sweetened shredded coconut and sprinkle it on the plate to create “grass.”
  • You can also make larger bunnies by using regular powdered sugar donuts with a donut hole or a large marshmallow for the tail. You’d just need to make larger ears!
