Flower Bouquet Mood Tracker

For those of you who enjoy journaling, I have a special project to share with you over on the Tombow USA blog! I created a Flower Bouquet Mood Tracker using a few simple doodles, and a step-by-step tutorial so you can create it too.

If you’ve never used one before, a mood tracker is a fun form of self-reflection that’s a perfect addition to your bullet journal or planner. You’ll create an image and divide it into numbered parts that correspond to the days in the month. Then, each day, you’ll color in part of the picture using the color in the key that best represents your mood.

At the end of the month, you’ll have a pretty, colored image, as well as a record of how you felt throughout. To create your own Flower Bouquet Mood Tracker, head over to the Tombow blog, where I’ll step you through how to draw the flowers and create the rest of this page with some of my favorite art supplies. See you there!
