5 Holiday Gifts with the Cricut Explore Air 2

Christmas is coming in less than two weeks, so now is the perfect time to make sure you have the perfect gift for everyone on your list! If you’re looking for an idea that’s totally personal, check out these 5 Holiday Gifts you can make in no time. I had the opportunity to share these ideas during my latest Getting Crafty segment on Good Day PA, so be sure to check out the video too! (link coming soon)

Personalized T-Shirts

Whatever your recipient loves best: coffee, Harry Potter, Hallmark movies, dogs, or something totally different, it’s easy to create a unique shirt that’s just his or her style. Just create any design you want using your own uploaded images, images from the Design Library, or typed text, then cut it from Heat Transfer Vinyl using the Cricut. Then, use heat from the EasyPress 2 (or an iron) to transfer the vinyl onto your shirt. You can also use this technique on aprons, tote bags, pillows, hats, and shoes! See the full tutorial here.

Jewelry: Faux Leather Earrings

Leather earrings are a huge trend right now, and it’s incredibly easy to create your own by cutting any shapes you like from Cricut Faux Leather in your favorite colors. Add jewelry findings, beads, and color dipped effects to make them one-of-a-kind. Learn how here.

Monogram Coasters

A set of coasters makes a great gift for just about anyone on your list. Personalize them with a monogram or any other design you like using Cricut’s new Infusible Ink. Just cut whatever you want from an Infusible Ink Transfer Sheet and apply heat using Cricut’s provided guidelines to fuse the design to the coaster blanks. The image will become one with the coaster, which means it will never crack, wrinkle, flake, or peel off. Grab the full tutorial here.

DIY Vinyl Ornaments

No matter what shape or size blank ornament you choose, the process for adding personalization with vinyl is the same! Choose a name, a fun image, a phrase, or anything else you like to make it one of a kind. See how easy it is to do in this tutorial post.

Personalized Coffee Mugs

If someone on your list is a coffee lover, why not create a personalized mug that’s one of a kind? It’s a quick and easy project; get the full tutorial here.

I hope these ideas help you create the perfect holiday gifts for the people in your life this year! I’d love to see what you make; be sure to share your photos and ideas in the Amy Latta & Friends Facebook group so we can all be inspired. See you there!

Don’t forget, if you like these ideas, Pin them for later or to share with a friend.
